But Utah's Lehi Roller Mills remains, one of the oldest continuously operating mills in the country. From the outside, the mill shows its age.

Lehi Roller Mills is a locally run and operated flour mill and historical landmark of Lehi, Utah. The original brick building was built in 1905 and has expanded since then. It has become an iconic feature of the Utah Valley as a filming location for Footloose (1984). The Roller Mills was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Since 1906 the Lehi Roller Mills is still doing what it does best: turning out high-quality baking flour. If you have seen Footloose (1984) then you have seen our mill. Since then Lehi Roller Mills has been nationally recognized as a historic place. In 1952 we sold a bag of flour to Kentucky Fried Chicken. KFC still buys our flour today.
