The original MashMaster would be the pick for knurled rollers. The MashMaster mini mill is also a good mill but they were hit and miss with the knurling as there was a bad batch. Some people got full replacements with fluted rollers, others were given one fluted roller. Mine has a knurled and fluted rollers.
