The 13 mill from one card is a huge breakpoint for this since it lets you mill someone out with 4 cards in many/most cases. I don't think that Glimpse will be part of a new modern mill deck, although I also wouldn't be surprised if people spec on it just because it seems like a good mill card (without actually being one.)
