Below is my JET mill purchased new in 1999 for my garage shop. It has served me very well. After 8 years of daily use it still has only .015 backlash in the X and Y axis. I use it mostly for spot drilling, boring and light milling. It is well cared for. Can someone suggest what spare parts I should buy before this mill gets much older. Jim

The required Ra varies between manufacturers but 10-40 is the common range. 50 indeed does feel very rough, way past what I consider acceptable.
